Dear Time Magazine,

“Obviously, the ‘Cumberbitches’… can’t be happy to hear this news…”

And obviously you didn’t take the time to do one fucking Twitter search, or you wouldn’t have written that idiotic, ass-hatted sentence.

Of course, you shouldn’t be scrambling to apologize to the fans, because you have a whopper of an apology to make first: to Sophie Hunter, whom you’ve tagged “the greatest Cumberbitch of all” as if she were some piece of arm candy-slash-vapid fangirl rather than a talented, accomplished woman who happened to find love with a famous actor. She did not “steal” him, you demeaning, slug-minded piece of shit publication.

So in only a couple of paragraphs you managed to insult a legion of fans, a newly engaged couple, and women in general, for perpetuating the stereotype that women “snag” and “steal” men.

Fuck you, TIME.
